What can I say? Man, I LOVE COFFEE! And I want everyone to share in my love of it!

Like Forest Gump's friend who liked his shrimp prepared in many different ways, so do I with my coffee. I like my coffee straight up as a shot or two of espresso, or as a macchiato (espresso with foamed milk. I like a cappuccino (has to be done just right, not too hot). Or how about a Cafe' Americano? (2 shots espresso with hot water ... I like mine just filled half-way up with the water).

However, I never fully realized the pure greatness of coffee until I roasted my own, and prepared it as a French Press. Pure heaven. 2 tablespoons freshly ground beans (just out of the roaster a day before) ... boiling water just off the stove ... pour on top of the grounds and stir ... wait 4 minutes and SLOOWWWWLLLLLY PRESS.
