Riveted construction
This drum will roast up to 10 POUNDS of coffee beans with your Home Outdoor BBQ Grill. It comes fully assembled and ready to go and is excellent for typical consumer roasting use. Fits inside of your Home Barbeque unit and attaches to your existing Rotisserie unit (if you do not have a Rotisserie unit for your BBQ you can purchase one from Home Depot, Lowes, etc.). Please make sure your grill will accomodate this drum before purchase; take into consideration additional breathing room of 2 inches on each side of drum and one inch clearance from drum to top inside of lid when closed, and at least 1/2 inch from burner heat shields. Complete operating and roasting instructions included, along with 1/2 cup unroasted green coffee beans to start you off. Can roast up to 10 pounds of coffee at a time, much more than other more expensive units.
Drum dimensions: 8" end cap plates attached to drum cylinder which is 7" in diameter by 24" in length (sorry but we cannot go any larger in diameter or length). One cap is of hinged flap construction for easy entry and removal of coffee beans.

(Rotisserie Unit and BBQ you see in picture is NOT included in this offer, and is only being shown as an example of one you could use with our Coffee Roaster Drum. Also note that rotisserie hole pattern in end caps may differ than shown in photos as we custom fit it to your rotisserie prong pattern). Q: I do not have the rotisserie to put the Coffee Roaster Drum on. Do you have suggestions on a good Rotisserie unit for this application?
A: Yes. The Char Broil Premium Rotisserie, Universal Fit, with Electric Motor. Available at most Home Depot or Lowes store.
Q: Are there any non-metal parts that are part of the drum unit?
A: Absolutely not. The Coffee Roasting drum is 100% metal construction.
Q: Does this roaster have vertical fins inside of the roasting drum to help evenly distribute the beans during the roasting process? I cannot tell from the picture.
A: Yes in fact it does. The fins are attached inside of the drum, and significantly help in the roasting process.
Q: Is this Coffee Roaster Drum designed for Gas or Electric Grills, or both?
A: While you may be able to get a decent roast with an electric grill, a gas grill is the preferred type as you can regulate the heat much quicker, which helps out with the roasting process.
