The javaPRO-CRC AIR with advanced proprietary fluid bed roasting system is designed for commercial applications.  Roasting capacity is dependent upon the version you order: 5 lb. version will roast up to 20 lb. beans (pre-roast weight).  

This roaster uses our own proprietary advanced fluid bed roasting methodology.  The roasters heat is derived from propane gas; 110 volts AC 60 hertz electricity is also used for the air system, specialized exhaust cooling, and PID thermocouple integration into fluidized bed of beans (bean bed temperature readout).  The PID provides temperature readout to allow temperature control for precise roast profiles.  Temperature is adjusted via manual propane burner and exhaust velocity adjustment.

Roasting chamber is constructed of 100% Stainless Steel.  Roaster incorporates the highest quality extreme high temperature exhaust and air circulation tubing.  German made fans are integrated into specialized exhaust cooling system.

A proprietary exhaust system is incorporated into roaster provides ability to evacuate roasting smoke to outside environment (check with local zoning and fire department for necessary permits, smoke ductwork needed, etc. prior to purchase if you have any questions regarding such.)

Roaster has a built in chaff elimination system along with a rapid bean cooldown process.  Typical roast times for all models to Full City roast are highly adjustable due to propane heat process.  As an example the 5 lb. system has no problem taking 5 pounds green to a Full City + roast in under 12 minutes.  Similar times applicable for other models (10 lb. and 20 lb.)

Due to the fluid bed roasting the javaPRO-CRC AIR automatically dechaffs beans and after roasting the system will also quickly cool down beans to ambient temperature.  Proper ventilation in roasting area must be maintained at all times during roasting.  This roaster is designed for Adult Use Only.  Supervision of roasting must occur at all times during roasting.  (DO NOT EVER LEAVE ROASTER UNATTENDED WHILE ROASTING!  This goes for any roaster, not just this one.  Remember, safety first!)
