Cooling down your beans quickly is one of the most important and overlooked steps in the coffee roasting process.  And the javaCOOL-CRC takes care of this issue, ALONG with eliminating the chaff from the beans. 

All you do is dump the beans in the Stainless Steel bowl that is attached to the unit with special High-Temp silicone sealant for a leak-proof seal, turn on the powerful 2 HP Vac that is included with the purchase, and stir the beans.  In about a minute the beans are cooled down and de-chaffed.  That is all there is to it!
