The javaCOOL-CRC Coffee Bean Cooler and Chaff remover comes fully assembled and ready to go!  Includes easy operating instructions.  AGAIN, this unit is for up to 5 pounds of beans.   It is specially designed to handle the high temp that 5 pounds of freshly roasted beans puts out (the 1 pound unit that we also carry does not need this design due to the significantly less amount of heat of the smaller amount of beans).  If you only need to cool down up to 1 pound of beans, then our 1 pound unit is available in our store for less cost than this 5 pound unit, under the heading of "ACCESSORIES".

Cooling down your beans quickly is one of the most important and overlooked steps in the coffee roasting process.  And the javaCOOL-CRC takes care of this issue, ALONG with eliminating the chaff from the beans. 

All you do is dump the beans in the Stainless Steel bowl that is attached to the unit with special High-Temp silicone sealant for a leak-proof seal, turn on the powerful 3 HP Vac that is included with the purchase, and stir the beans.  In about a minute the beans are cooled down and de-chaffed.  That is all there is to it!
