The javaPRO-CRC Coffee Roaster comes fully assembled and ready to go! This Coffee Roaster is based upon the RONCO 6000 PRO rotisserie, professionally modified for coffee roasting. Roasting drum has Stainless Steel sidewalls for durability. Included is exclusive RoastBLAST feature which increases internal roasting temperature for quick roasts and roasting profile experimentation. The javaPRO-CRC even has an electrical ventilation system for smoke extraction which vents the coffee bean roasting smoke to the outside! Complete operating and roasting instructions included, along with 5 pounds unroasted green coffee beans to start you off. AGAIN, can easily roast up to 5 lb. of coffee at a time, indoors! This unit offer is designed for Indoor Use. Uses 110 volt AC. Heat proof ventilation tubing is included with purchase.

Q: Are there any non-metal parts that are part of the drum unit?
A: Absolutely not. The Coffee Roasting drum is 100% metal construction.
Q: What are the roasting drum sidewalls made of, aluminum or stainless steel?
A: The roasting drum sidewalls are made of quality perforated Stainless Steel for durability.
Q: Does this roaster have vertical fins inside of the roasting drum to help evenly distribute the beans during the roasting process? I cannot tell from the picture.
A: Yes in fact it does. The fins are attached inside of the drum, and significantly help in the roasting process.
