We offer an Exclusive Lifetime Warranty on all equipment we manufacture.
Due to the fact that we hand make all items to order, all items are shipped out 30 business days (6 Calendar weeks) after order placement and full payment receipt except the javaPRO-CRC ULTRA's which are shipped out 40 business days (8 Calendar weeks) after order placement. This includes Lay-Buy layaway orders: They are shipped out 30 to 40 business days after layaway order is paid in full.
Additional Shipping Information
Orders are shipped only after receipt of full payment and any information we request to fulfill the order. All mainland U.S. orders are shipped UPS ground, no exceptions. Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail, no exceptions. Canada and all other International orders are shipped USPS Priority Mail International, no exceptions. Since everything we sell is custom made to order, all sales are final.
Shipping fees are fully dependent upon item and destination of shipment, and include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Customs and/or brokerage fees may be applicable for out-of-country deliveries and are the responsibility of the buyer. We do not combine shipping on items as we found it best to ship each item separately and well protected in its own shipping box. All items are shipped from our workshop in Connecticut.
FRESH ROASTED COFFEE BEANS TERMS
Coffee Bean orders are shipped out free of charge to U.S. Mainland Destinations within 3 business days of ordering. Orders are shipped out USPS or UPS ground, our choice.
Regarding coffee bean returns:
Returned coffee is not accepted as it is a perishable item, unless there was an issue such as a damaged delivery. Time is of the essence. If you receive your order and notice the order is damaged you must contact us within 48 hours for an exchange. No exchanges or returns will be accepted after 48 hours.
